Terms of Service for Discord Application Bot

1. Use of the Bot

  • The Bot is intended for use within the Discord platform and is subject to the Discord Terms of Service. You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
  • The Bot is provided "as is" and Developer makes no warranties or guarantees regarding its functionality, availability, or suitability for your specific purposes.
  • You may only use the Bot for lawful purposes and must not use it for any illegal activities, harassment, or any actions that violate the rights of others.
  • Any media, including but not limited to images, videos, or audio files, shared through the Bot is the sole responsibility of the user who shared it. The Developer is not responsible for the content or legality of any media shared through the Bot.

2. Privacy

  • The Bot collects and stores user data only limited to Discord user IDs and server information, solely for the purpose of providing the intended functionality of the Bot.
  • Developer will handle any user data collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. However users are responsible for their own interactions and sharing of information within Discord.

3. Requirements

  • By using the Bot, Users confirm that they meet the following requirements:
    • Users must be older than 13.
    • Minors may only use the Bot under parental or adult supervision.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Developer shall not be responsible for any damages, loss of data, or other harm resulting from the suspension, termination, or interruption of the Bot's functionality, or any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Bot's operation.

5. Changes to the Terms

  • Developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Bot after any such changes, you accept and agree to the modified Terms.

6. Termination

  • Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of EU.

8. Donation Service Plan

  • The Developer offers a voluntary donation service plan for the Bot. By choosing to donate, you acknowledge that this is a voluntary contribution and not a fee for services or products.
  • Donations made to the Developer are considered goodwill contributions to support the continued development and maintenance of the Bot.
  • Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle you to any additional services or benefits beyond those provided by the free version of the Bot.
  • The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the donation service plan at any time without prior notice.
